Rhonda and I are ready to dive into Step 2 of Coach B.'s latest book Quickstart!  Step 2 is all about implementation.  As Coach says in the podcast, it's great to have a new car, but how do we get it started.  Coach breaks it down in Step 2 by talking to us about the importance of an Improvement Agenda.
